Install NetPass (StreetPass)
Universal Updater>netpass.cia (bottom right at time of writing)
-install netpass.cia (to install icon on home screen). When complete press “start” to return to homescreen
-open new ‘gift’ to complete installation
Guide to Installing DS Roms as icons
-turn off 3DS, insert SD Card into PC
-drag and drop .NDS files into “roms/nds” folder (create if needed)
-re-insert SDCard into 3DS, boot, then launch Homebrew Launcher, scroll down to “NDS Forwarder Generator”
-navigate to “roms/nds” folder
-select ROM with “A” and it will be installed on the Home Menu
